Healing Day Therapies is nestled within the seaside town of Warrnambool and is a Spiritual Healing Sanctuary. A place for people to feel safe enough to let go, surrender and to experience their own inner transformation through different kinds of healing modalities and Soul Coaching.
Sanctuary I believe, is a healing journey. Over the many years of being on this path, through the darkness and lighter times, I have been introduced to various healing techniques and counselling/coaching methods. I found it a natural progression to begin to learn and teach what I had experienced so I could share and offer help to others.
Choosing healing led me to explore various avenues to find inner peace. I was guided to and became a student of ( Kundalini Meditation) and the teachings at the age of 17 and continue to embrace this particular path. Various meditation techniques have contributed to my wellbeing along the way, including Vipassana and Stillness Meditation. I consider meditation the greatest gift to me along with my study of Transpersonal Art Therapy and 12 years mentorship under a Jungian counsellor and mentor. Transpersonal Therapy considers everyone a whole person, already complete. These two learning experiences have expanded my world and are the reason I like to share what I know and understand. Trauma is painful but to develop a sense of trust to work with our shadow and our light, is to discover the inner gold, the joy and the inner sanctuary. It does take work and it is ongoing to keep discovering our peace and Soul awareness, but a rewarding one.
Healing Day Therapies is a stop to rest and recalibrate as you endeavour to claim your balance.
