Reiki is universal life force energy or Chi. 

Although gentle, Reiki is a powerful energy that has healed many people on many levels, be it physically, mentally or emotionally. 

Reiki is like pure white light, it helps clear blockages, purifies and detoxes on many levels. 

Sometimes results are subtle and sometimes more obvious. 

Reiki energy flows from my hands into you. I will usually treat you lying on a massage table, but treatments can also be given while you are seated. You remain fully clothed, and I place my hands on or near your body in a series of hand positions. Each position is held for three to ten minutes depending on your personal needs.
