This is a treatment for deeper work including myofascial release, trigger point therapy and deep tissue. 

Fire cups are available upon request which helps to loosen muscles and creates healthy blood flow. ​

An excellent treatment if you are feeling sluggish, exhausted, frustrated, on edge, sad or depleted. This is a full body treatment that will restore and calm the mind, body and spirit. Palming pressure, rubbing, gentle rocking and finger pressure. Your proffered pressure is applied. An oil based back & shoulder massage is included with Hot Stones and Cupping if requested.
